When I think about what Dana delivered, I think about business impact. She took Professional Services from a cost center operating at a loss to a genuine profit driver and built the operational foundation that made predictable delivery possible for the first time

Working with Dana has been a real privilege - she built our delivery organization from the ground up, making sure everyone felt empowered and accountable. She fostered a team culture where collaboration and shared wins became the norm.

Dana is a natural leader - thoughtful, reliable, and deeply committed. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any leadership or program management role where excellence, compassion, and results matter.

Think

I sit with founders and leaders to make sense of what's not working - bringing clarity to the chaos before anyone takes another step.

Build

I design and put in place the operating systems, team structures, and delivery frameworks that turn that clarity into something real and lasting.

Grow

I develop the leaders and teams who will carry the organization forward, long after I've stepped back.

What I Do

I work with founders, executives, and enterprise leaders who need to get their organizations running the way they always meant to.

Whether you’re scaling a growing business, standing up a new team, fixing what’s broken, or trying to understand why things aren’t working - I come in, assess what’s actually happening, align the pieces, and build something that lasts.

I’ve done this in tech companies, service businesses, coaching organizations, and enterprise divisions. The industry changes. The problems don’t.

Who I work with

I work with...

founders and executive leaders across service businesses, tech companies, coaching organizations, and enterprise teams - typically at the moment when growth is outpacing structure and something has to change.

They come to me when...

delivery is unpredictable. When teams are working hard but pulling in different directions. When the founder is in every conversation & nothing moves without them. When a new team needs to be built right from the start. When leadership knows something is wrong but can’t see exactly what.

How I think about organizations...

Citrus as a metaphor for how organizations work best.

The PEEL represents the organization’s structure and operating model.

The SLICES are sales, product, delivery, operations, & customer success.

The CONNECTIVE MEMBRANE is leadership, process, and alignment.

The CORE holds strategy, culture, and revenue goals.

When teams operate in isolation, the organization weakens. When they stay connected and aligned, the entire system thrives. My role is to strengthen that connective tissue, so your organization remains whole, resilient, and capable of sustained growth. Growth can be sweet or sour, but when organizations are built this way, they continue to produce results again and again.

Why Cross-Functional Alignment Matters?

Organizations don’t fail because of one broken function. They fail in the space between them. When sales, product, delivery, and customer success are misaligned, the results are predictable: Missed revenue | Poor delivery | Burned-out teams | Frustrated customers

I focus on the connective tissue of the organization, designing processes and leadership alignment that keep every function moving toward the same goals.

What Working With Me Feels Like.

I don’t believe in transactional consulting. When I work with an organization, I treat it as if it were my own.

I ask hard questions, I hold high standards, and I stay focused on what actually moves the needle - not just what’s easy to recommend.

My measure of success is simple: how well your organization performs after I step back. Not just while I’m involved.
