You retain full ownership of execution. I work alongside your leadership team - asking the hard questions, diagnosing what's breaking, designing the path forward, and advising on decisions as you implement. This is the right fit when your team has the capacity to execute but needs clarity, direction, and an experienced outside perspective to get there faster.
Embedded
I step inside the organization and own outcomes directly - leading teams, building systems, and driving execution from the inside. I operate as a fractional, interim, or full-time executive (COO / CDO / CPO level), not as an external consultant standing at the whiteboard. This is the right fit when the organization needs hands-on leadership, not just guidance.
