Hello, I'm Dana

I’ve been called a drill sergeant with a heart of gold - and they weren’t wrong. I like my delivery teams structured, my processes clear, and my people happy.

Check out my story below.

My Story

With experience leading IT delivery and PMO transformation within enterprise environments, I help internal IT organizations operate with the same agility and customer focus as modern SaaS providers.

Born and raised in Israel, the USA and Europe, defined my love to work across cultures and geography in fast-pace dynamic environments. My philosophy for success is a combination of values I have learned and developed over 2 decades in various roles and industries. The core tenants of my approach are Servant Leadership, People-Process-Technology and Value driven operations with customer at the center.

I have a robust delivery background with experience across verticals, including IT, finance, non-profit, and government. In my roles over the years I have been responsible for all aspects of Delivery Services, PMO and Operations from scoping and contracting, business process development, project management, development, and customer support. I make it my goal to ensure the professional services are not only a cost but a profit center and a sales driver for organic growth. I work to transform organizations from fragmented functions to seamless operations weaving the thread between Sales and Delivery and through Customer Success.

I led SaaS companies like Proven Optics (native to ServiceNow) building out their Delivery Services from the ground up and creating a culture of high standards, comradery and accountability. Prior to joining Proven Optics, I spent 10 years at BNY Mellon servicing Government Agencies as a Senior PMO leader implementing hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions. I ensured the technology group was uniquely positioned as a profit center. My objective is to bring order, process, governance and industry best practices, while not compromising quality and spirit. Establishing KPIs and tracking efficiency and making data-based decisions and defining strategy across organizations.

Yes, I bring my whole self to work - fostering a people focused culture of excellence. You will see me finding ways to create experiences and rituals that stick using training and technical enablement tools, in-person team workshops as well as remote events. This is what being a servant leader means to me. Part of being a servant leader, means investing in your team both up and down the chain. Doing everything in my power to make them successful is what has yielded results personally and professionally.
